产品简介
出口货物在运输过程中，特别是海运途中，昼夜温差较大，容易形成凝露现象（俗称“货柜箱雨”和“货物汗”），这一现象是导致产品发霉的主要原因。我公司经过多方面的努力和调查，进行深入的分析和研究。最后选择由美国进口的特殊材料（交联聚丙烯酸钠又名高吸水性树脂）为原料经过一系列的特殊处理和加工制成了T-1000货柜箱干燥棒。本产品不但具有吸水速度快，而且保水能力和吸水能力也特别强。本产品吸水后溶胀呈凝胶状态，被吸收的水包封在高分子的网络中，即使其周围环境的湿度远远低于本身的湿度也不会出现“吐水”的现象。就算在加压的情况下也不易失去所吸收的水。本产品还能吸收本身重量几十倍甚至几百倍。
在25℃，相对湿度为80%的条件下，吸附水蒸气的最大容量可超过百分之百。对水蒸气和其他可凝结的蒸汽都具有较高的吸附能力。
除了以上的特点外 ，本产品性能稳定，其中还加入了抗菌因子，不但霉菌不能在其上滋生，而且也能抑制周围环境中霉菌的生长。将防潮、防霉、抗菌有效的结合。
T-1000集装箱干燥棒以植物纤维为吸附载体，可自然降解。重金属含量低于欧盟及美国法规限值，本身不显酸性，用后丢掉不会对泥土、水和空气等造成污染，属于环保型货柜干燥剂。

T-1000集装箱干燥棒不含添加剂、腐蚀性物质和氯化物，矿物加工而成。其pH值显中性,对任何金属腐蚀性。能广泛用于纺织品、鞋子、服装、电子产品、电器产品、机械、药品、食品等产品在集装箱内的防潮，也可以用于办公室、仓库控湿。

在标准大气压，一定温度条件下，空气中水蒸汽达到饱和/即湿度100%，则单位体积空气中所含的水汽量是恒定的。相对湿度则是指空气中所含水汽量与饱和状态(100%)所含的水汽量的比值。

集装箱是一个相对封闭的环境，通过缝隙或者通气孔与外界的气体交换在短时间内是有限的。白天在太阳照射下，箱内温度很高(38C),湿度处于比较低的水平(65%)；夜晚来临，温度有比较大的下降(30C)，但是整个空气中的含水量并没有大的变化(还是27g/m3)，则相对湿度急剧上升(从左表中可以查出，可达90%以上)，如果温度进一步下降到25C,则相对湿度会达到100%，多余的水蒸汽将凝结成小水珠，形成“集装箱雾雨”。“集装箱雾雨”会使货物受潮、长霉或生锈。

集装箱海运过程中，影响箱内湿度变化的因素非常多，始发地的温湿度、运输经过海域的温湿度、目的地的温湿度都会影响到集装箱中需要去除的水汽量。上面提到的用量只是我们的建议用量，一般来讲：运输周期越长，整个运输过程中的湿度和温度变化越大，就需要使用更多的集装箱干燥剂。另外，集装箱在运输船上的堆放位置，集装箱在码头被堆放的时间，这些往往都不是用户所能指控的，但也必须在决定用量的时候充分予以考虑。
