iHeir-PG是本公司研制的一种乳油形式的液态皮革防霉剂，由杀菌活性成份与各种助剂配制而成。主要应用于皮革鞣制过程中及皮革存贮时防止真菌对皮革的攻击、侵蚀。建议在铬鞣革阶段添加iHeir-PG以防止微生物对蓝皮造成损害致使皮革等级降低，在加脂及涂饰工艺添加则可有效保护成品皮坯免受微生物侵害。
iHeir-PG is a liquid fungicide in the form of cream, which is made up of bactericidal active ingredients and various auxiliaries (additives). This product is mainly used to prevent fungal attacks and erosion of the leather during the leather tanning process and the leather storage. It is better to add iHeir-PG in the chrome tanning stage to prevent the damage of microorganisms to blue leather, causing the drop of the leather grade. Adding this product during fat liquoring and finishing process can effectively protect the finished leather body from the damage of microorganisms.

Main applications of iHeir-PG leather anti-mold agent
由于潮湿条件和酸性pH，铬鞣革在湿蓝状态下存贮极易长霉，导致皮革变色。严重长霉还将引起霉变区域永久变色，进而影响皮革的涂饰等后加工操作，降低皮革的经济价值。在良好的卫生环境下，使用iHeir-PG皮革防霉剂处理皮革，将帮助阻止铬鞣革上霉菌的生长。在加脂及涂饰工艺添加iHeir-PG皮革防霉剂，则可有效地保护成品革免受霉菌的侵袭。建议使用浓度：0.5~2%

Serious mildew problems will also cause permanent discoloration of the mildewed area, and then affect finishing operations such as the finishing of the leather, reducing the economic value of the leather. The treatment of leather with iHeir-PG Leather anti-mold agent will help to prevent mold growth on chrome leather in a good hygienic environment. Adding iHeir-PG Leather anti-mold agent during fat liquoring and finishing process can effectively protect the finished leather from the damage of the mold.Advice working Concentration：0.5~2% (Tare weight).

1Kg、5Kg、25Kg和160kg多种规格，请将iHeir-Plus防霉抗菌剂存放在常温室内空气流通处，请勿用无内衬的金属容器来装本品。在普通存储温度下，该产品最少有一年的稳定期。
The product has various specifications 1Kg、5Kg、25Kg & 160Kg. Please put iHeir-Plus in the ventilated area at normal temperature. Please do not use metal container without lining to load iHeir-Plus. Under normal storage temperature, the product’s stability can last at least a year.
