iHeir-JP竹木防霉剂浸泡型是我司新开发的一款新型高效木材专用防霉防腐剂，可抑杀种细菌、真菌、蛀虫、及霉菌孢子引起霉变的霉菌。其具有高含量、抗流失、强渗透、高粘附、耐潮湿、抗菌周期长等系列优点，主要用于锯材、木、竹、藤等材料的防腐、防霉、防蛀处理。
iHeir-JP bamboo and wood ant-mold agent immersion type is a new high-efficiency special anti mildew preservative for wood newly developed by our company, which can inhibit and kill bacteria, fungi, moths and molds caused by mold spores. It has a series of advantages such as high content, anti loss, strong penetration, high adhesion, moisture resistance and long antibacterial cycle. It is mainly used for anti-corrosion, mildew and moth proof treatment of sawn timber, wood, bamboo, plants and other materials.

iHeir-JP的毒性极低，天竺鼠的LD50为12.27g/Kg。此值表示每公斤体重天竺鼠的半致死量为12.27克，为了比较起见，现举例加以说明。例如消毒上常用的烷基二甲基苯基氯化铵，其天竺鼠的LD50=0.48g/Kg，用作保存食品的添加剂山梨酸的天竺鼠的LD50是10.5g/Kg。我们每天食用的食盐的LD50是3.0g/Kg。显而易见iHeir-JPT是安全的。
The toxicity of iHeir-JP is very low, and the LD50 of the guinea pig is 12.27g/Kg. This value represents the median lethal dose of the guinea pig is 12.27 g per kg (in weight). Examples are given for comparison. For example, the LD50 of the Alkyl Dimethyl Benzyl Ammonium Chloride, which is commonly used in disinfection, is 0.48g/Kg for guinea pig, and the LD50 of the sorbic acid, which is an additive for food preservation, is 10.5g/Kg for guinea pig. The LD50 of the salt we eat every day is 3.0g/Kg. In fact, iHeir-JP is remarkably safe.

适用于竹编制品及木、藤、芒、葵、草等制品的防虫、防霉变。

iHeir-JP的使用方法
Using Methods of iHeir-JP
为保证竹、木、藤、草及其制品处理后的防霉防虫效果，用iHeir-JP 药水浸渍应使竹、木、藤、草及其制品在浸渍后增重 15%-20%（大约 5—10 分钟）。备注:浸泡液体按照 1：20 的配制(5Kg 木材防霉剂 : 100Kg 水)。
To ensure the antifungal and insect-resistant effects of bamboo, wood, rattan, grass, and their products after treatment, the impregnation with iHeir-JP potion should increase the weight of bamboo, wood, rattan, grass and their products by 15%-20% (about 5-10 minutes) after impregnation. Note: The soaking liquid is prepared at the ratio of 1:20 (5Kg wood antifungal agent: 100Kg water).竹、木、藤、草及其制品全部浸入配好的药水中（勿露出水面），达到增重 15%-20%后，取出滴干药水，风干或晒干后包装入库。
All the bamboo, wood, rattan, grass, and their products are immersed in the prepared potion (Do not come out of the water) to increase the weight by 15%-20%. Remove the drips, and dry in the air or the sun before packaging and storaging.喷涂时按照 1:15 兑水，搅拌均匀直接在竹、木、藤、草及其制品表面喷涂或用毛刷刷上一层，药剂需要全方位覆盖木材表面。

The potion prepared by this product has stable property, which can be used repeatedly without having to be discarded. However, the solution should be added in time when the bamboo and wood products cannot be immersed into the solution, and the added solution should be prepared at a higher proportion.表面涂喷光油（油漆）的竹、木、藤、草及其制品，经以上处理后，在油漆里添加iHeir-YQ油漆防霉剂，效果更为显著。
For bamboo, wood, rattan, grass, and their products coated with light oil, iHeir-YQ paint anti-mold agent is added into the light oil after the above treatment, so that the effects can be more significant.

iHeir-JP Mould proof test instructions
试验目的：本次试验目的是为了测试iHeir-JP竹木防霉剂的耐霉菌性能。
Test purpose: the purpose of this test is to test the mold resistance of iHeir-JP bamboo and wood mildew inhibitor.试验样板：木制品
Test sample: wood products试验方法：本次试验将筛选3组木制品，分别放入三个培养皿，其中两组将iHeir-JP 按照1:15和1:20的比列兑水搅拌均匀，然后均匀的喷涂在木制品的表面，另外一组为 空白样板，测试28天结束。
Test method: the test will be screening of three groups of wood, respectively in the three dishes, including two groups will iHeir – JP according to 1:15 and 1:20 than water mixing evenly, then evenly sprayed on the surface of wood, another group of blank sample, test end of 28 days.

本次试验结论：可见空白样板长霉覆盖80%，另外两组肉眼未见霉菌生长，证明iHeir-JP防霉等级可达0级。因此合理的使用iHeir-JP竹木防霉剂在霉菌适宜生长的环境下木制品也不会长霉。
The experimental conclusion: blank sample mold cover 80%, visible to the naked eye in the other two groups did not see mold growth, prove iHeir – JP mouldproof level can reach 0 level. So reasonable use iHeir – JP bamboo mould inhibitor in mould is suitable for growth under the environment of wood nor chairman mildew.

iHeir-JP竹木防霉剂采用1Kg、5Kg、25Kg包装规格，请将iHeir-JP竹木防霉剂存放在常温室内空气流通处，请勿用无内衬的金属容器来装本品。在普通存储温度下，该产品最少有一年的稳定期。
iHeir-JP Bamboo and wood anti-mold agent use 1Kg, 5Kg, 25Kg packaging specifications. Please put iHeir-PT bamboo anti-mold agent in the ventilated area at normal temperature. Please do not use metal container without lining to load iHeir-JP Bamboo and wood anti-mold agent. Under normal storage temperature, the product’s stability can last at least 1 year.
