Characteristics of iHeir-333 Textile Antibacterial Agent
1、可广泛的使用于各种生产方式中，如批次式及连续式都能尽可能不改变制程及生产设备的条件下进行加工。
2、属于非释放型的处理剂，不渗失、不游移，也不为微生物所消耗，可赋予基质表面优越的耐久性。以JIS L0217-103法测试，水洗次数可达40次以上。
3、以特殊的机械式杀菌，不会发生抗药性现象（有别于一般溶出型以化学式杀菌，会有抗药性现象发生）。
4、具有常温下进行化学键结的性质，常温反应即可有效（喷洒方式），高温仍不被破坏。

Safety of iHeir-333 Textile Antibacterial Agent
In order to verify the safety of iHeir-333 textile antibacterial agent, 18 tests were conducted.

（急性经口毒性）
iHeir-333纺织抗菌剂的毒性极低，天竺鼠的 LD50为12.27g/Kg。此值表示每公斤体重天竺鼠的半致死量为12.27 克，为了比较起见，现举例加以说明。例如消毒上常用的烷基二甲基苯基氯化铵，其天竺鼠的 LD50=0.48g/Kg，用作保存食品的添加剂山梨酸的天竺鼠的 LD50是 10.5g/Kg。我们每天食用的食盐的LD50是3.0g/Kg。显而易见iHeir-333 是安全的。
Below are some experimental data
(Acute oral toxicity)
The toxicity of iHeir-333 textile antibacterial agent is extremely low, with a LD50 of 12.27g/Kg in guinea pigs. This value indicates that the median lethal dose of guinea pig per kilogram of body weight is 12.27g. For the sake of comparison, an example is given to illustrate. For example, the commonly used alkyl dimethyl phenyl ammonium chloride in disinfection has a LD50 of 0.48g/Kg for guinea pigs, while the LD50 for guinea pigs used as an additive for preserving food, sorbic acid, is 10.5g/Kg. The LD50 of table salt we consume every day is 3.0g/Kg. Obviously, iHeir-333 is safe.
iHeir-333纺织抗菌剂的主要用途
iHeir-333纺织抗菌剂可用于棉、尼龙、聚酯等纤维制品上加工，有着广泛的用途。最近在不织布、发泡聚氨酯、合成皮革等材料上也有所用。
1、适用于各项天然纤维，如棉、麻、羊毛及人造纤维，如聚酯、耐隆、聚丙烯(p.p)莱卡弹性纤维缧萦(Rayon)、腊酸纤维、玻璃纤维及以上之混纺织物。
2、 男女内外衣裤。
3、运动鞋和休闲鞋及各种用途之袜类。
4、寝具用品(被单、毛毯、床单、被套、枕套、地毯)。
5、室内装潢用品、被类、睡袋、服装等内部填充料所使用的各种纤维，如棉、天然羽绒、耐纶、聚脂、人造丝或羊毛等。
6、预先潮湿的餐巾纸和小毛巾。

Our company’s iHeir-333 fiber antibacterial agent can be used for processing fiber products such as cotton, nylon, polyester, and has a wide range of applications. Recently, it has also been used in materials such as non-woven fabrics, foamed polyurethane, and synthetic leather.

使用说明 Instructions
iHeir-333纺织抗菌剂可被直接混配入有机和无机配方中。它也可被用于有机和无机基质的处理，其适用的溶剂有水、乙醇、酮类、酯类、烃类和氯代烃类。其处理方式可以是涂刷、浸渍、浸轧、浸醮、喷洒、喷雾或泡沫整理技术等。
在施加于被处理物之后，可在室温干燥之，或者在初阶段不超过320℉(160℃)的温度下烘干，最高耐温不超过 220℃为宜，使防霉抗菌剂中的硅烷醇基彻底反应，并除去水副产物甲醇。在使用之前，必须先进行生产规模的试验，以确定最佳应用工艺条件，诸如时间和温度条件等。
iHeir-333 textile antibacterial agent can be directly mixed into organic and inorganic formulations. It can also be used for the treatment of organic and inorganic substrates, and its suitable solvents include water, ethanol, ketones, esters, hydrocarbons, and chlorinated hydrocarbons. The treatment methods can be brushing, dipping, rolling, dipping, spraying, spray or foam finishing technology.
After being applied to the treated substance, it can be dried at room temperature or at an initial temperature not exceeding 320 ℉ (160 ℃), with a maximum temperature resistance not exceeding 220 ℃, to thoroughly react with the silanol group in the antifungal antibacterial agent and remove the water byproduct methanol. Before use, it is necessary to conduct production scale tests to determine the optimal application process conditions, such as time and temperature conditions.
批次式生产加工

批次式色纱生产：可使用于筒纱染及绞纱染制程中iHeir-333使用量：3%~5%(o.w.f.)

染色→清洗→处理剂→脱水
iHeir-333硅酮季铵盐溶液，能容易地在水中稀释。在搅拌水的同时将iHeir-333加入即成iHeir-333的稀释溶液，iHeir-333的水溶液浓度依被处理物的原料、处理方法和制品的用途等而调整。
加工纤维可利用一般的染色机，例如处理纱线时可用奥氏染色机、绞纱染色机和筒子染色机，处理织物时可用绳状染色机、浸渍染色机，处理制品则可用滚筒染色机。可以在染色制程后经充份洗净、脱水后，干燥制程之前进行iHeir-333 的加工。
进行iHeir-333加工时，最重要的是被处理物的表面，在iHeir-333加工前务必充份地洗净。易脱落的物质，例如多余的染料、洗涤剂和其它污物等等，务必用水或热水充份洗净。若在沾污的处理物上进行iHeir-333加工，那么洗一次它即会与污物同时脱落，是没有耐久性的。经iHeir-333加工后，将被加工物放在 80-120℃下烘干脱水后，它即会在被加工物的表面形成坚固的覆膜。iHeir-333的覆膜形成不是加热硬化，干燥程序反而是将湿的被加工物烘干而己。即使在室温下晾干其抗菌性能和经加热干燥是相同的。
若需柔软、手感、吸水、防静电、防污整理时，必须考虑这些整理加工剂的离子性。例如，若是阳离子型或非离子型的加工剂，虽然可以和iHeir-333同浴处理，但为了提高iHeir-333的加工效率，最好还是用一浴二段或二浴分开处理较好。
对阴离子型的加工剂，则忌用同浴处理，应用二浴处理加工。以上所有场合都应是iHeir-333先加工。
含浸槽之连续式加工
后整理加工制程
关于iHeir-333增重的计称公式：
湿增重%×含浸液浓度%＝织物试样的干重所需添加重量(o.w.f.)×100%
a. 织物试样的干重为已知。
b. 干织物试样上仅以纯水浸湿。
c. 再次称量湿样品以求得其湿重。
d. 其在一般含潮情况下的增重百分率可按下式计称之：
〔(湿重-干重)/干重〕×100%＝%湿增重
e. 依照织物试样的干重所需添加重量，以 3%~5%的标准来配制适当浓度的iHeir-333溶液。
˙必须先确定含浸槽和欲处理之织物表面干净无污物，方能使药剂达最好之效果。
˙因iHeir-333是阳离子性，若与柔软剂或其它助剂一起进行加工必须考虑其相溶性及离子性，柔软剂或其它助剂须与iHeir-333能相溶。柔软剂或其它助剂须选择非离子或阳离子系列，若柔软剂或其它助剂与iHeir-333不相溶及为阴离子系列时，则加工过程须进行二次，先加工iHeir-333再加工柔软剂或其它助剂。
˙若处理尼龙织物时(尼龙染色使用酸性染料)，可用阳离子之四级铵盐中和残余之阴离子，再进行完成清洗。
˙使用连续式生产加工最终反应槽中剩余之溶液，若于一个月内将再进行相同之加工，可将溶液密封保存再使用。
˙连续式生产剩余之溶液可用中和、稀释、土埋等符合环保法规之方式处理，或使用 Dedocylbenzyl Sulfate 中和废水，亦可使用阴离子之肥皂水直接中和。
Batch production and processing
1. Color yarn pre dyeing engineering
Batch colored yarn production: can be used in tube and skein dyeing processes. iHeir-333 usage: 3%~5% (o.w.f.)
Bath ratio: 1:10~1:20

Dyeing → Cleaning → Treatment Agent → Dehydration
IHeir-333 silicone quaternary ammonium salt solution can be easily diluted in water. Add iHeir-333 to the diluted solution of iHeir-333 while stirring the water. The concentration of iHeir-333 aqueous solution is adjusted according to the raw material, treatment method, and purpose of the product being treated.
General dyeing machines can be used to process fibers, such as Austen dyeing machines, hank dyeing machines, and tube dyeing machines when processing yarns. Rope dyeing machines and immersion dyeing machines can be used when processing fabrics, and drum dyeing machines can be used when processing products. The processing of iHeir-333 can be carried out after sufficient washing and dehydration after the dyeing process, and before the drying process.
When processing iHeir-333, the most important thing is to thoroughly wash the surface of the treated material before processing iHeir-333. Substances that are prone to detachment, such as excess dyes, detergents, and other contaminants, must be thoroughly washed with water or hot water. If iHeir-333 processing is carried out on contaminated treatment materials, washing it once will cause it to fall off simultaneously with the dirt, and it has no durability. After processing with iHeir-333, the processed product is dried and dehydrated at 80-120 ℃, and it will form a strong film covering on the surface of the processed product. The formation of iHeir-333 film coating is not heating hardening, but rather drying the wet processed material. Even if dried at room temperature, its antibacterial properties are the same as if dried by heating.
When soft, tactile, absorbent, anti-static, and stain resistant finishing is required, the ionic properties of these finishing agents must be considered. For example, if it is a cationic or non ionic processing agent, although it can be treated in the same bath as iHeir-333, in order to improve the processing efficiency of iHeir-333, it is better to use one bath, two stages, or two separate baths for treatment.
For anionic processing agents, avoid using one bath treatment and use two bath treatment for processing. All the above occasions should be processed first by iHeir-333.
Continuous processing with immersion tank
Post processing process
The weight gain calculation formula for iHeir-333:
Wet weight gain% × Concentration% of immersion solution=required weight to be added to the dry weight of the fabric sample (o.w.f.) × 100%
a. The dry weight of the fabric sample is known.
b. Dry fabric samples are only soaked in pure water.
c. Weigh the wet sample again to obtain its wet weight.
d. The percentage increase in weight under general moisture conditions can be calculated using the following formula:
[(wet dry weight)/dry weight] × 100%=% wet weight gain
e. Prepare an appropriate concentration of iHeir-333 solution with a standard of 3%~5% based on the required weight added to the dry weight of the fabric sample.
˙ It is necessary to first ensure that the immersion tank and the surface of the fabric to be treated are clean and free of dirt in order to achieve the best effect of the agent.
˙ Due to the cationic nature of iHeir-333, its solubility and ionic properties must be considered when processing with softeners or other additives. Softeners or other additives must be compatible with iHeir-333. Softeners or other additives must be selected from non ionic or cationic series. If the softener or other additives are not compatible with iHeir-333 and belong to the anionic series, the processing process must be carried out twice, first processing iHeir-333 before processing the softener or other additives.
˙ If nylon fabric is treated (using acidic dyes for nylon dyeing), the residual anions can be neutralized by a quaternary ammonium salt of cations, and then cleaned.
˙ If the remaining solution in the final reaction tank is processed using continuous production, and the same process is to be carried out within a month, the solution can be sealed and stored for reuse.
˙ The remaining solution from continuous production can be treated in accordance with environmental regulations such as neutralization, dilution, and soil burial, or wastewater can be neutralized using Dedocylbenzyl Sulfate, or anionic soapy water can be used for direct neutralization.

The storage life of iHeir-333 textile antibacterial agent in unopened original containers at temperatures equal to or below 77 ℉ (25 ℃) is -12 months at the time of shipment. Because this product is sensitive to moisture, it should be covered and sealed after each use.
操作(有危险) Operation (dangerous)
当操作处理本品时，应戴防护眼镜、面罩和橡皮手套等，以防受到伤害。如果只是在工业性操作中偶然吸进一些气体iHeir-333纺织抗菌剂并不会对健康产生明显的伤害。如果未经稀释的本品直接与眼睛接触，将会引起严重的伤害，必须特别注意勿使与眼睛接触。假如不慎溅入了眼睛，必须立即用大量的清水冲洗至少15分钟，并及时就医。短时间的皮肤接触会引起轻微的刺激。反复地或长时间的皮肤接触则会导致起泡乃至表皮灼伤，必须注意勿使皮肤与之反复接触或长时间地接触。
When handling this product, protective glasses, masks, and rubber gloves should be worn to prevent injury. If some gas iHeir-333 textile antibacterial agent is accidentally inhaled during industrial operations, it will not cause significant harm to health. If the undiluted product comes into direct contact with the eyes, it will cause serious injury and special attention must be paid not to come into contact with the eyes. If accidentally splashed into the eyes, it is necessary to immediately rinse with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention promptly. Short term skin contact can cause slight irritation. Repeated or prolonged skin contact can lead to blistering and even skin burns, and it is important to avoid repeated or prolonged contact with the skin.
