皮革吐霜处理剂与防吐霜处理剂作业指导书
1.目的Purpose：
使工厂吐霜的皮革制品在翻箱产品时减少翻箱方式出错，使现场操作有依可循；
Make the factory reduce the error in the way of turning the box when the product is turned over, so that the on-site operation has a basis to follow;
2. 适用范围Scope of application：
适用于皮革吐霜（泛白、返硝）翻箱作业处理。
Applicable to leather anti-white and turn-over treatment.
3、使用药剂 Use the product
iHeir-TS吐霜剂
iHeir-FTS防吐霜剂
处理的皮革制品 Need to deal with the leather
第一步 first step
使用吐霜处理剂（可用喷枪或喷雾机）处理所有的吐霜产品。
Handle all anti-white products with iHeir-TS (use gun or sprayer)
第二步 Second step
等被处理产品自然干燥后使用防吐霜处理剂再处理一遍
Wait for the processed product to dry naturally and use iHeir-FTS for further treatment.
第三步 third step
等候被处理产品自然干燥后即可装箱打包
Wait for the processed product to be naturally dry and can be packaged.
