属于非释放型的处理剂，不渗失、不游移，也不为微生物所消耗，可赋予基质 表面优越的耐久性。以AATCC30《纺织材料抗真菌性的评定：纺织材料的防霉防腐性》测试，防霉等及达到0级。
以特殊的机械式杀菌，不会发生抗药性现象（有别于一般溶出型以化学式杀菌， 会有抗药性现象发生）。
具有常温下进行化学键结的性质，常温反应即可有效（染整或浸泡方式），高温仍不被破坏。

iHeir-BJ的毒性极低，天竺鼠的LD50为12.27g/Kg。此值表示每公斤体重天竺鼠的半致死量为 12.27 克，为了比较起见，现举例加以说明。例如消毒上常用的烷基二甲基苯基氯化铵，其天竺鼠的LD50=0.48g/Kg，用作保存食品的添加剂山梨酸的天竺鼠的LD50是10.5g/Kg。我们每天食用的食盐的LD50是3.0g/Kg。显而易见iHeir-BJ是很安全的。

使用方法及用量
Recommended Using Methods for iHeir-JS
iHeir-BJ纺织防霉剂可被直接混配入有机和无机配方中。它也可被用于有机和无机基质的处理，其适用的溶剂有水、乙醇、酮类、酯类、烃类和氯代烃类。其处理方式可以是涂刷、浸渍、浸轧、浸醮整理技术等。在施加于被处理物之后，可在室温干燥之，或者在初阶段不超过320℉(160℃)的温度下烘干，最高耐温不超过220℃为宜，使iHeir-BJ纺织防霉剂中的硅烷醇基彻底反应，并除去水副产物甲醇。在使用之前，必须先进行生产规模的试验，以确定最佳应用工艺条件，诸如时间和温度条件等。染整工艺建议按照水重的3%的比列添加，喷涂处理：5%与纯净水混合并且搅拌均匀，然后喷涂或浸泡纺织产品，可采用高温烘干或自然干燥。

包装及贮存
Packaging and Storage
25和160公升两种规格，请将iHeir-BJ纺织防霉剂存放在常温室内空气流通处，请勿用无内衬的金属容器来装本品。在普通存储温度下，该产品最少有一年的稳定期。
The product has two specifications–25 & 160 litres. Please put iHeir-BJ in the ventilated area at normal temperature. Please do not use metal container without lining to load iHeir-BJ. Under normal storage temperature, the product’s stability can last at least a year.
